Kingdom he originated from: Arcul
Occupation: Arculian Prince
Skills:
• One-handed weapon skill: More of a agility-based than strength-based fighter, Reiner found an affinity for lighter blades as soon as he started battle training, quickly becoming a serious threat even when in his human form. He recently adopted a small two-bladed sword as his speciality weapon, only using his other hand to spin it around.
• Elemental magic: Reiner can instinctively create and manipulate fire to his will.... Perks of being a Dragon
• Night vision: To the difference of many of his kind, and maybe because the fates knew he would prefer night to day, he can make his way and see things even in the deepest darkness.

Appearance: Upon first look, one could make themselves an impression of the prince as a delicate creature. Indeed, his icy white skin and youthful traits, accented by the silvery white hair falling down to his jaw and nape have led many toward such a conclusion in the past.
A closer look reveals this impression to be a complete mistake: At 5'7'', he may be amongst the shortest males of his entourage, however his slim but fairly well toned body blessed him with agility and flexibility many would be envious of.
Making up for the rest of his apparently delicate appearance are his eyes, deep and piercing. Their dark grey color has made more than one believe he has knives for eyes whenever he decides to fix his deep gaze upon them.
When he chooses his Dragon form, the young prince's body, which is smaller than most Dragons yet doesn't lack in strength, is covered in shimering white scales which is an evident reminder of his hair color. His eyes do not lose their steel-colored brightness, and seem to pierce through people regardless of if he means to or not.
Personality: Unlike his physical appeareance, nothing of Reiner's personnality recalls to delicacy. A strategic calculator, borderline manipulator, his excellent memory and his tendency to remark all kinds of small details serves him in more ways than one, be it to blackmail or shamelessly humiliate someone, both actions he has no shame in doing, or simply to get whatever he wants out of his overbearing sister.
A strange mix of fire and ice, his usual demeanor is a cold, detached one.Little seem to disturb him, and he is too easily bored, nearly anything making disinteresting him quickly. However, some things how the fire burning inside: excessively impatient, he instantly flares up when something or someone gets on his hot-tempered nerves. One shouldn't contradict him unless they are sure their point is truly valid. He hates being wrong.
To add up to his 'Special Snowflake Syndrome', already bad enough with his appearance, the young royal isn't as greedy as the common of Dragons. It doesn't matter to him how much he has, it matters that he keeps it, and keeps it to himself alone, nobody else. Some miss limbs for attempting to take something belonging to the white-haired male. If one asked him, he would consider himself totally justified to have gone to such extremes for his possessions... He wouldn't consider it an extreme, even. There is barely no limit to his selfishness.
'Barely'. Because there is one limit. The Prince isn't heartless. Despite his icy demeanor and his apparent lack of interest in others', a few selected people are lucky enough to benefit of his affections. For those worthy of his attention, he is a completely different person. They have his attention, so he wants theirs. His usual attention seeking technique is teasing, and even fewer and literally see him beg for attention... To this day only one living creature can declare having seen it.
The people he appreciates and whom would return his affection are the only one he could be generous for, almost selfless. It would be a bad idea to abuse or take him for granted, as he is even more unforgiving when he feels betrayed.
History: Second and last child of the noble Arcadia line, Reiner received mixed signals from his family members ever since his birth, 220 years after his older sister Rhoslyn's. His father kept pressuring him, reminding him he would be the one continuing the family line as the only male-born child, asking him to be better than best. His mother was completely disinterested in him, barely acknowledging him, which obviously led him to not care about her much. His only family member he found worthy of actually being called a family member was his Big Sis Rhoslyn. 'Overbearing' was and still is the best word to describe how the older acted around the younger, maybe inspired by his delicate-like appearance or simply by sibling affection, Reiner doesn't know, but he certainly wouldn't tell his sister off for acting like he did, the attention being pleasant to him.
200 years of wanting to please his father turned him into a fine yet subtle observer, always checking over his shoulder if the reaction of his genitor would be positive to each and every one of his actions. His mother eventually found something interesting in him: prospects of marriage. His parents were starting to plan his sister into getting wed, and looking for Rhoslyn's prospects led them to start planning ahead for him. He had found out of the plans despite his parents' intentions, which were to plan it out without warning, and he suspected they had never talked to their daughter about their plans, yet he knew his sister enough to know she saw it coming. Irritated at seeing both his and his sibling's destinies being out of their own control, he did everything for other good dragon families to not find him worthy of their daughters, and sent dark glares to any male looking longer than necessary at his cherished sister.
Solution came before Reiner would explode and burn down the family home in his anger. His sister came to an agreement with a wild dragon to take over the throne of Arcul. Not one to desire for more than he has, Reiner had to admit he didn't understand the necessity of doing such a thing until he understood what it could mean: liberty, and a satisfied hunger for more. He was happy for his sister, though he feared what would become of him being stuck with his parents. However, before he could think of something to get himself out of there, Rhoslyn had planned ahead and took her with him, making him Prince when she became Queen.
Since then, Reiner had been the Royal Brat, making life difficult to many, yet being nice and adorable to his sister. At first he despised his sister's husband, not liking to see a man being more important than him in Rhoslyn's life, fearing she would get disinterested in him. It didn't happen, so Reiner's fiery hate against Griffith calmed down. Less busy with hating his brother-in-law, the Prince returned to his usual observant self, which led him to spot things he certainly doesn't like yet keeps to himself...
